PHS HOLIDAY FOOD DRIVE

The annual PSL Holiday Food Drive for the Perry Center will run from November 30th through Dec. 7th. In addition to collecting donations from 2nd block classrooms at Perry High School, PSL students will also solicit donations outside of IGA.
Each PSL student is expected to volunteer 2 hours outside of class to work for the success of the food drive. In return, service requirements at partner agencies will be reduced the week of the food drive. Student service hours for the food drive will account for 25% of your midterm exam grade. Moreover, 25% of student's midterm exam grade will be based on an evaluation of their food drive service. Each PSL class that meets its food drive goal will be rewarded with a class doubles ping pong tournament at the conclusion of the drive. |
