Community Green Day

2012 Community Green Day beach clean-up
Students, parents, and other community members are needed to volunteer during the annual Community Green Day scheduled for the 4th Saturday in April.  Activities will include preparing the PHS Giving Garden for Spring planting, senior citizen yard clean-ups, a beach clean-up, and opportunities to volunteer in the Perry Clothing Room.

If you  have questions please contact Mark Soeder at [email protected] or Bill Crow at [email protected].  Community Green Day is a joint effort between The Perry Women's League, the PHS Environmental Action Club, the PHS United Way Club, and PSL.  If you know of a senior citizen in need of assistance, please contact Cindy Banjoff at 259-5070 or [email protected].

    Community Green Day Volunteer Sign Up Form

    Please complete one registration form for each member of your family who will be attending.  All participants are asked to pre-register online to assist us in ordering an appropriate amount of food for breakfast.  Thank you!

Volunteers may sign-up online using the above form.  Plan to meet at the Perry High School cafeteria at 9:00 AM, on the 4th Saturday of April, to confirm your work assignment and enjoy a FREE breakfast courtesy of the Perry Women's League.  Following breakfast, volunteers will disperse to various locations.  All work will conclude by noon.
