Block 2 students will also meet with Tom Anderson (American Legion) regarding Friday's service project, and all students will have the opportunity to participate in the "Arrive Alive" Wellness Week Simulation.

Tuesday, Sept. 10: Any student who has NOT accepted a volunteer position must report to class during their scheduled PSL block today. Students who will be volunteering with their PSL partner agency for at least two hours before Friday at 3pm do NOT need to be in class today.
Wednesday, Sept. 11: Discuss 9/11 Day of Service and Remembrance. Examine Dear Replacement letters in small groups, and complete exit slip. Participate in lesson on confidentiality.

Friday, Sept. 13: Introduce time sheet rubric, score sample time sheet reflections. Create an InnerView account today in order to track volunteer hours this year. This slide show will show you where to click in order to add a service opportunity or service activity. Homework: Continue to monitor email and reply promptly to PSL partner agencies. Complete reflections for 9/11 Day of Service Activities (i.e. pancake breakfast, beach clean-up, cemetery project, Giving Garden, and Fall Festival).
Week Three
Tuesday, September 3rd - Introduce Fall Festival bonus opportunity. Highlight Perry Local Schools opportunities. Review interview locations in MW. Complete Interview Day prep sheet, capturing the mission/purpose of the organizations you are interviewing with, and preparing three follow up questions for each interview session.
Homework: Prepare for tomorrow's interviews! Make sure to have at least 5 copies of your resume printed prior to the start of class.
