Activity #2
Review the elements of a thoughtful thank you note HERE.
Exit Slip
1. Write a thank you note to someone who has had an impact on your PSL experience. Make it personal, but also make it professional. Details matter... that includes spelling, grammar, punctuation, etc. It might help to draft your note in a Google doc first, then write out by hand.
2. Address the envelope as necessary. If this is going to someone at Perry Local Schools, just make sure their name is clearly marked on the outside of the envelope. If it is going to someone outside of the district, please address the envelope accordingly. Not sure how to do that? Click HERE.
3. Put the thank you note into the envelope but DO NOT SEAL. The letter is a summative assessment for PO#7 Demonstrate a command of standard English. The unsealed envelope should be put into the classroom inbox before you leave today.
